Terms of sale

These terms cover buying full access to Unattended Crew at unattendedcrew.com. Please read them before you pay. When you tick the box at checkout, you agree to them.

1. Who you are buying from

Unattended Crew is run by Eustațiu Digital Studio (PFA Dima F. Eustațiu), CUI RO43220859, Str. Carpați nr. 67, bl. D8, sc. 1, et. 3, ap. 15, 235300 Corabia, jud. Olt, Romania. You can reach us at eustatiu@eustatiu.com. The full details are in the legal notice.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe acts as the merchant of record for your payment, so Stripe takes the payment, charges any VAT and sends your receipt, and Stripe's own terms also apply to the payment.

2. What you get

Full access gives you:

• the paid lessons, as web pages you sign in to
• the skill files, as a download
• all 20 business blueprints in full
• updates to those lessons and blueprints for as long as Unattended Crew runs

The free course, the two free blueprints and the eighteen previews stay free and are not part of the purchase.

3. Price and payment

The price is the one shown on the page when you buy. At the founding price that is $49, paid once. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

The price includes VAT where VAT applies. Stripe shows the exact amount for your country before you pay. We never see or store your card details.

4. Access

After payment we email a sign-in link to the address you gave at checkout. The link works once and expires after 30 minutes; you can ask for a new one at any time from the sign-in page. There are no passwords.

Your access lasts as long as Unattended Crew runs. If we ever decide to close it, we will tell you by email at least 60 days before, and give you a way to download the lessons.

5. Your licence

Everything in full access is protected by copyright. When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• read the lessons and blueprints
• use the skill files and the ideas in them in your own work and your own business, including work you do for clients

You may not:

• share your sign-in link or your account with anyone else
• copy, resell, publish or give away the lessons, blueprints or skill files, in whole or in large part, including inside another course or product
• remove the licence line from the skill files

Each skill file you download carries a visible line with your email and order number. If a copy turns up somewhere it should not be, that line tells us where it came from, and we may end the licence of the account it came from.

Firstmate itself is free, open-source software by Kun Chen under the MIT licence, and so are some of the tools the course links to. Those keep their own licences. This licence covers only material we made. Unattended Crew is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kun Chen, the Firstmate project or Anthropic.

6. Refunds

If full access is not for you, email eustatiu@eustatiu.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full price. You do not need to give a reason or fill in a form. Please send the email from the address you bought with, or include your order number.

We refund to the card or wallet you paid with, within 14 days of your email. Your access and your licence to the downloaded files end when the refund is made, so please delete the files you downloaded.

This refund is in addition to your rights under consumer law. Because we refund for any reason within 14 days, it covers at least what the EU right of withdrawal gives you.

7. What the course does and does not promise

The course teaches a setup and shows how we run it. It does not promise income, savings or any business result. What your crew's work earns depends on your idea, your market and your decisions.

The blueprints describe work and list tool costs as checked on the date shown. Prices and third-party services change, so check them before you rely on them. Nothing in the course is legal, tax or financial advice. Where a lesson or blueprint mentions a rule, such as consent for calls or email, check the rule where you work before you act on it.

The course teaches you to use AI agents on your own computer and accounts. You stay in charge of what they do, and of every approval you give them.

8. Changes to the course

Firstmate and the tools around it change often, so we update lessons in place. We may add, rewrite or retire a lesson or blueprint, as long as full access as a whole stays at least as useful as when you bought it.

9. Liability

We make the course with care, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or that every command will work on every computer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

Apart from that, our total liability to you for anything connected with full access is limited to the price you paid.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the version that applied when you bought is the one that governs your purchase. We will put the date of each change at the top of this page.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
